AIM OF THE COURSE

The Introduction to Management course seeks to introduce participants to key management concepts, from the basics of thinking like a manager, to the specifics of managing people and organisational finances. This course is aimed at building your knowledge in these key areas and giving you actionable tips on how to deal with them as your career evolves From the nitty gritty of giving feedback to the guiding lines of strategical thinking, you can then choose to further these skills on the Certificate in Practice Management (CPM) or Management & Leadership Programme (MLP).
