The group is an excellent mix of NFP sector organisations and people in similar roles to me. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to be in a virtual room of people who “just get” what it is like working in this sector at the moment with the funding restraints and capacity issues.
The course is the perfect mix of theory and practical, with shared learning and discussions with the other attendees. The breakout sessions and questions to discuss are really useful.
I only wish there was more time in the day to continue the useful discussions that have come up during the MLP sessions and the engagement that it brings.”
